Relief chemical certifications
The embossing of DORSUM® is made with materials that have the following environmental, ecological and chemical certifications:
GreenGuard Gold - UL certification ensures low chemical emissions of interior products;
NVC Free The NVC (N-Vinyl-Caprolactam) monomer is absent. NVC is hazardous to humans;
VOC Free VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) are absent which can be dangerous to humans;
RoHS 2 – Compliance with the EU RoHS 2 directibe that restricts the use of certain hazardous substances in electonic equipment;
CP65 California Proposition 65 (CP65) is an health and safety code which ensures that harmful components aren't present, such as heavy metals
Product resistance*
DORSUM® is certified for the decoration of vertical boards in interior design:
UNI EN 122720:2013 - Furniture – Assessment of surfaces resistance to cold liquids;
UNI EN9429:2015 - Wood and furniture finish – Assessment of surfaces resistance to temperature swings;
UNI 10782:1999 - Painted products - Determination of hardness - Pencil method;
UNI EN 15185:2011 - Furniture – Assessment of surfaces resistance to abrasion;
UNI EN ISO 2409:2013 – Paints and varnishes – Cross-cut test.
