Andrea Castrignano: The Showcase House
At the 2023 Salone del Mobile, we had the honor of collaborating with designer Andrea Castrignano to create exclusive decorations featured on all the furniture surfaces in his showcase house. This project was a unique expression of design and creativity, seamlessly combining aesthetics and technological innovation.
The decorations were developed using the DORSUM® Wd process, based on Andrea Castrignano's original designs, and applied to MDF panels to ensure precision and quality. Additionally, with the DORSUM® Gs variant, we decorated the glass fronts of the bathroom furniture from the Mobiltesino collection, giving them a distinctive and sophisticated character.
Our collaboration extended beyond furniture: the designer also entrusted us with the creation of wallpaper for the walls of the showcase house and office spaces. To maintain impeccable stylistic coherence, we reproduced the same decorative pattern found on the furniture, crafting a harmonious and highly personalized environment.
This project showcased the versatility of DORSUM® processes, which can adapt to various materials, such as wood and glass, and extend into wall décor. The result is a contemporary interpretation of interior design, enhancing each space with innovative solutions and striking visual appeal.
